It will serve as a meeting point for brands, startups, and communities to exchange ideas, learn, network, and build opportunities that drive lasting impact.
Purpose
Stronger Sponsor Engagement
Sponsors will enjoy bespoke activation zones, data-driven lead-capture mechanisms, and curated networking moments that translate visibility into measurable returns.
Training Session
Participants will encounter more interactive masterclasses, on-site mentorship hubs, and real-time feedback tools that keep them actively involved from the opening keynote to the closing celebration.
Business Pitch Competition 3.0
Responding to the calibre of ideas surfaced in past years,
we are doubling the prize fund from ₦1 million to ₦2 million, ensuring that the winning ventures have a stronger springboard to market.
Hackathon
Participants will have the opportunity to be involved in a rewarding and purposeful tech hackathon to drive solution and problem solving in the tech and web3 space.
Expected Attendees
Across both event days we are projecting an in-person turnout of over 10,000 Corps Members, making this the largest NYSC-focused career summit to date. These will span across the 11 local governments in Ibadan. Different sets of local governments
will be attending differently on both days.

Third Edition - 2026
About JTConnect
JT Connect is a growing community-driven brand focused on Web3 education, community building, and youth empowerment. We help brands expand their reach and adoption by connecting them directly with active communities across Nigeria and Africa.
Over the years, JT Connect has hosted and partnered in several impactful programs, helping hundreds of young people understand emerging technologies, digital careers, and innovation-driven opportunities.
Previous Editions
The inaugural edition, held in October 2023, attracted 6,000+ participants—setting a new attendance record for any Corps-focused event. Building on that momentum, the second edition in June 2026 drew more than 5,000 attendees and expanded its
programme to four thematic pillars: Technology, Entrepreneurship, Career Development, and the Creative Industry.
The third edition is slated for October 2026, where we aim to raise the bar again with richer content, broader corporate partnerships, and even greater opportunities for Nigeria’s emerging professionals.
2026 Editions
The 2026 edition will be a week-long event that includes hackathons, training on different tech-based skills, and seminar and conference teachings. The broad overview of the event focuses on creating a bridge between young talents, brands, and technology, inspiring a new generation of thinkers, builders, and leaders.
The event will empower youth to explore new opportunities in Web3, business, creativity, and career development, positioning them for impact in Africa’s growing digital economy.
